As the VP of User Experience and Design, I orchestrated the entire lifecycle of the new Ascent Connect Mobile app. I collaborated closely with my team, providing oversight and leadership throughout the process. This encompassed defining the app's purpose, strategic planning, user research, user-centered design, smooth development, thorough testing, allocation of resources, and ensuring scalability.
